Weaving Gold

Mokosha, Anastasia Sophia, and Me, Natalia . . . while the books are written

Mystical Motifs

Every plant, animal, mineral, and event in my life and writing has significance for me. I am consistently delighted as I discover synchronicities and mystical meanings in the images, words, and objects in my writing — especially when I discover these connections after the words are written. I don’t google “which plant represents loss and longing,” I write, then find that the image I’ve chosen fits the story, that there are connotations and connections deeper than I could have imagined in what I wrote.

In the linked pages, I share some of my research of symbols that revealed themselves. Words in parentheses are Ukrainian.
